Agreement Signed to Benefit Women and Persons with Disabilities

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between AMBA Saving and Credit Cooperative and Inclusive Growth, a local non-profit organization.
The agreement outlines a wide range of opportunities designed to benefit women and persons with disabilities, with a particular focus on facilitating access to financial support through AMBA and defining mechanisms for delivering such support.
In this regard, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inclusive Growth, Mr. Ashenafi Degu, stated that AMBA Saving and Credit Cooperative is undertaking a distinctive and focused approach, particularly in prioritizing support for persons with disabilities.
Similarly, the Chairperson of the Board of AMBA Saving and Credit Cooperative, Mr. Yonas Mekonnen, emphasized that the cooperative is working with special attention to ensure that women and persons with disabilities fully benefit from its services. He further noted that the organization will continue to expand its focus on innovative services and called upon all segments of the community to become members of the cooperative, develop a culture of saving, and benefit from its inclusive and specialized services.
